Ordering & Pricing
How much do gang sheets cost?
Gang sheets are $0.020 per square inch. Sheets are 22 inches wide and start at 22×24 ($10.56). There are no setup fees. Build your sheet →
What if a print isn't right?
I reprint it free. Just send me a photo of the transfer and I'll make it right. Every print is covered.
Do you print glitter or glow-in-the-dark DTF?
Yes. Both print in full 9-ink color for $0.025 per square inch. Glitter film builds sparkle into the whole design, and glow-in-the-dark film shows full color by day and glows at night. See specialty films →
Is there a minimum order?
The smallest sheet is 22×24 inches. Fill it with as many designs as fit, in any quantity.
Do you have a first-order discount?

Can I try your transfers before I order?

What makes Omnilux different from other DTF shops?
We print on a 9-ink Hydra: CMYK plus red, green, blue, orange and white. Most DTF printers only run CMYK plus white. The extra inks mean brighter neons, true oranges, smoother gradients and more accurate brand colors. Learn about Color Intelligence →
Can you make finished shirts or merch for my business?
Yes. Send your logo and we can source blanks, print, press and ship finished merch to you or your clients, including white-label orders. Get a quote and you'll hear back within 24 hours.
Turnaround & Shipping
How fast will my order ship?
Order by noon Central and it often ships the same day. Every gang sheet order ships within 48 hours.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and location. The $5 sample pack always ships free within the US. Local? Choose free local pickup at checkout.
Do you offer rush orders?
Yes. Contact us with your deadline and we'll work out priority scheduling.
Files & Artwork
What file types do you accept?
AI, PSD, PDF, PNG and SVG. For best results, use a transparent PNG at 300 DPI at the size you want printed. RGB color mode is preferred.
Will you check my file before printing?
Every file is reviewed before it runs. You can also check it yourself first with our free OCI File Audit, or check a brand color with the Pantone Matcher.
Can I print any design?
You must own or have the rights to every design you send. We can't print copyrighted or trademarked artwork you don't have permission to use.
Pressing
What are your press settings?
275°F for 12 seconds with firm pressure, peel, then re-press for 5–6 seconds with the platen directly on the transfer. See the full pressing guide →
Hot peel or cold peel?
Both. Our transfers are technically hot peel, but you have to peel fast from one corner. If you want to play it safe, let it cool and cold peel. It works every time.
What fabrics do your transfers work on?
Cotton, polyester and blends. For hard surfaces like tumblers and phone cases, ask about UV DTF.

Can I skip or cancel?
Yes. Skip, pause or cancel anytime from your account before the drop date.
How do Gamut Credits work?
Pay monthly and get more than you pay in gang sheet credit, up to 25% bonus. Credits land as store credit, apply to any gang sheet and roll over for 60 days.
