🔄 Exchanges
If you’re trying to exchange something, you’ll need to return the item you have. Once we accept the return, make a new purchase for the item you want. It’s that simple.

💸 Refunds (If You Somehow Qualify)
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank might take a hot minute to process it, but that’s on them.
